insureOnGo.com Partnering Insurtech Limited is an insurance web aggregator that helps users compare quotes, connect with licensed insurers or brokers, and manage policies.

Important to know

We are not an insurer and do not underwrite or issue insurance policies. Products are offered by third-party, duly licensed providers.

03 Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to contract.
  • You will comply with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

04 Accounts

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials and restrict access to your account.
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account.

05 Services & Limitations

  • We provide comparison tools, quote requests, purchase/renewal flows, and customer support.
  • We do not provide financial or legal advice and do not guarantee suitability of any product.
  • Information shown (including premiums and coverage) is provided by third parties and may change.

06 Fees & Payments

  • User comparison services are currently free; we may earn commissions or referral fees from partners.
  • Payments are processed via secure third-party gateways. You authorize charges applicable to selected policies.

07 User Responsibilities

  • Use the Platform lawfully and only for its intended purpose.
  • Do not engage in fraud, abuse, reverse engineering, scraping, or unauthorized access.
  • Do not upload malicious code, harmful content, or violate others' rights.
Breach of these terms

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and, where applicable, referral to law-enforcement authorities.

We may display links or content from third parties (including insurers). We do not control or endorse, and are not responsible for, third-party sites, content, policies, or practices. Your dealings are solely between you and those third parties.

The Platform's content, trademarks, and software are owned by insureOnGo or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless insureOnGo and its affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your content, or your breach of these Terms.

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria (unless your incorporation jurisdiction differs). Courts in Nigeria will have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any applicable mandatory consumer protections.
